Milan – C.so Magenta

In this project, 2 apartments have been combined that do not match each other, where the only link was a terraced roof corresponding to the floor below, the connection was made through a large-scale spiral structure and a veranda, the porch was built on my project by the firm Aludesign TS. The lower floor was used as the living area, kitchen and cloakroom and living room upstairs overlooking the sleeping area to a terrace with a splendid view.
The terrace was designed by Arch. Landscape Daniela Bodini, with custom painted steel tanks, the walls of the staircase walls were covered with plants of great beauty.
Inside the house dominates the floor of wenge-stained oak walls are in shades of warm colors rope, matching the fabrics, the ceilings were adorned with a frame that slips in front of the windows becomes riloga for curtains. the carpet in the living room is a contemporary boutique “Nilufar”. Were included antique furniture owned by you, trying to create harmony between the old and new, all libraries to wardrobes have been custom designed and executed by the RC Ronchetti woodworking & c. All upholstery were performed to measure the company Amedeo Tessaro. All tissues and some furniture as the table entry, were taken to the store “Valore Aggiunto”.
